Graham Technology

Well I’ve just signed a contract with Graham Technology a business process managment consultancy (ok its sitting on my desk signed by them, but I thought I’d send this blog out before I get media gagged). I start in a month working on a project in Auckland, New Zealand. I will be standing in as Team Lead for a couple of months until a team leader is found and then I will be project manager looking after a couple of Auckland based projects.

They specialise in contact centre systems and services, but they go a couple of steps further than a lot of the major contact centre systems (Oracle, Siebel, Peoplesoft, SAP). Their product can fit 100% into a companies business processes. It has a SOA based architecture to allow web, SMS, Interactive TV etc etc interfaces. The client I will be working with in Auckland is a very company looking at making all their services self service. I’m quite looking forward to it. I’m off to Melbourne later in the month to meet the team over there and do a spot of training on there contact centre system GTx.
